Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of mobipneus.ca and the sale of services and products offered by MOBIPNEUS.

By using the website or booking a service, you accept all of these terms.

MOBIPNEUS offers mobile tire services including:

• Seasonal tire changes (steel or alloy wheels)

• Tire repair and assessment

• New tire sales and installation

We do not offer tire storage.

Services are performed at the address provided by the customer when booking.

The booking is confirmed after online payment through Stripe.

A confirmation email is sent to the address provided.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (address, vehicle, number of tires).

The customer must provide access to the vehicle and a suitable workspace.

Prices shown on the website are before taxes. GST and QST are added at payment.

Payment is made online at the time of booking.

Payments are secured by Stripe (PCI-DSS).

MOBIPNEUS reserves the right to change its rates at any time without affecting bookings already confirmed.

Customers may cancel or change their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• At least 48 hours before the appointment: full refund

• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: partial refund or credit at MOBIPNEUS's discretion

• After service has begun: no refund

To request cancellation or an appointment change, contact contact@mobipneus.ca.

MOBIPNEUS reserves the right to cancel an appointment in extreme weather or force majeure, with a full refund.

MOBIPNEUS offers mobile service in Greater Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and the South Shore.

Any travel fees are shown before the booking is confirmed.

If the provided address is inaccessible or unsuitable for service, the technician may have to cancel. In that case, travel fees may apply.

MOBIPNEUS undertakes to perform services professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

MOBIPNEUS cannot be held responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage not reported by the customer.

The customer acknowledges that some services (flat tire repair) are not always possible depending on the tire's condition.

All website content (text, images, logos and videos) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Québec, Canada.

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
